Sprint Triathlon: 1/3 Mile Swim, 11.1 Mile Bike, 3.1 Mile Run
Intermediate Triathlon: .9 Mile Swim, 22.7 Mile Bike, 6 Mile Run
Lake Dennison Recreation Area includes 4000 acres of land with a clean, spacious body
of water for swimming and tree lined park roads. The courses include rural and park
roads with rolling terrain. This year’s race was selected by USAT as Massachusetts Club
Championship and will boast some of the best age group and elite triathletes in the state.
All experience levels will have a blast too, since the site was considered New England’s
best by the USAT.
"Great race. Drove up from RI and it was well worth the trip. The race venue was great
as spectators, kids and dogs could watch the triathletes in the transition area. The MC for
the race was great as was the music throughout the day. Bathroom facilities were much
appreciated. Organization of racers and transition area was impressive. The bike racking
system left more room than usual to set up. The Hoyts were inspirational as always. The race
had a great vibe and I am looking forward to next year."

In-person registration available at Clark Community Center on Saturday from 4-7PM and at the
race site on race day from 6:00-7:00AM - Cash or Check only. Pricing listed below. Any
discounts will not apply after 7/23. |

Race Maps
Swim Course
The swim courses are located inside of Lake Dennison’s Day Use area while offering calm and
clean conditions. It’s a great layout with our huge white buoys that can’t be missed! The
beach at Lake Dennison is a great area for spectators, family and friends.
Sprint Bike Course
Intermediate Bike Course
The bike courses are clearly marked, spread throughout park and town roads, and are on
relatively rolling terrain. Each course contains one large climb at mile 4 and offers scenic
views of Central Massachusetts.
Sprint Run Course
Intermediate Run Course
Both run courses are an out and back style on park and local roads, offering lots of shade!
Aid stations will be located throughout the course and Auto traffic is at a minimum for safe
conditions. The run concludes at the transition area with a spectacular finish under Max’s
25-foot arch. A real fun announcer will be blasting some music and announcing each upcoming
finisher for family and friends to cheer on.

Located in North Central, MA approximately 4 Miles North of Rt.2 and 4 Miles South of
Downtown Winchendon, MA. Please follow directions below.
From Points East:
Follow Rt. 2 West to Exit 20 (Baldwinville/Templeton).
Bear Right off the exit toward Baldwinville & State Forest -continue 2.5 Miles
Turn Right onto Rt. 202 North (Maple Street) -continue 2 Miles.
Lake Dennison-Day Use Area will be on you Left.
From Points West:
Follow Rt. 2 East to Exit 20 (Baldwinville/Templeton).
Left off the exit toward Baldwinville & State Forest -continue 2.5 Miles
Turn Right onto Rt. 202 North (Maple Street) -continue 2 Miles.
Lake Dennison-Day Use Area will be on you Left.
From Points South:
Rt. 190 North
Rt. 2 West to Exit 20 (Baldwinville/Templeton).
Bear Right off the exit toward Baldwinville & State Forest -continue 2.5 Miles
Turn Right onto Rt. 202 North (Maple Street) -continue 2 Miles.
